Hair Care Products Not Created Equal
Scientists and surprisingly in this case, a nano-scale materials engineer shows people that hair conditioning is indeed beneficial to our hair for all the things we do to our hair tends to take away some of the natural oils that the human body creates. They act as natural lubricants preventing them from scraping each other ruining them forever. Scientists have seen under the Scanning-Electron-Microscope (one hell of an expensive microscope) that shows how effective conditioners can be in protecting the hair and how they can be quite ineffective in coating the whole hair to properly protect it.
Their study has shown that the thousands of hair conditioners out on the market are not effective, with molecules that are either too large to effectively coat the hair and fill in the gaps present to give them proper lubrication where it is needed most. As a result of the study, a newer generation of hair conditioning product designed to work in conjunction with the hair itself down to the molecular level to effectively coat and protect it from daily wear and tear.
