Rumors have been circulating that high doses of vitamins which tend to have increasing benefits on a persons health are having quite a huge effect on their hair loss problems. This is particularly more on the intake of vitamin b which is said to have an everlasting effect on the growth of hair or the lack thereof. Experts have said again and again that these problems(hair thinning, hair loss) is more of a genetically timed process and the intake of such health supplements have no direct link to the progression or regression of the said process. Hair loss happens at a certain age when the follicles of hair reach a dormancy state but lack the vigor to come out of the said phase which is part of the natural hair growth cycle. So rest assured that any vitamins or health supplement intake would not affect the rate of loss of hair and that it is a natural process.
