Di-Hydro what????
Di-Hydro Testosterone or DHT for short is the more potent form of testosterone which has been acted upon by enzymes in the human (mainly male body). Testosterone as we all know is the hormone which is responsible for the development of chest hairs and other manly traits. This compound is also sadly the major cause of hair loss which causes the scalp to produce more sebum (oil secreted by the skin in the head) which in turn clogs the hair follicle pores killing them off leading to hair loss. The mainly make hormone also shown in research to be the main contributor in the advancement of the hair follicle to go into shorter Anagen (hair growth Phase) phases leading to less hair than in youth.
